WebEngage is a feedback tool that helps websites and businesses obtain valuable information from their customers and visitors. The service offers private feedback obtained directly from the user’s audience. The user can begin by creating a basic feedback form with custom categories. The user can add colors to their feedback tab so it blends with their website design. Users can also create surveys that are available to all visitors or specific visitors only. WebEngage surveys can include dropdown boxes, comment boxes, text boxes and other input options. The user can also set rules, such as a rule that displays the survey to users who found the website using Google or users who have been on a specific page for more than 30 seconds.

WebEngage was founded by Avlesh Singh and Ankit Utreja. The application was built on seed funding raised by investors from the Indian Angel Network. The standard plan costs $49 per website per month and includes access for up to five administrators, up to 100 surveys and 10,000 responses per survey. The premium plan costs $99 per website per month and includes access for up to 20 administrators, email and phone support, up to 500 active surveys and unlimited survey responses. An assisted plan is offered but requires a custom quote.
